At The Whistling Kettle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of tea and food items, we offer returns on hardware and unopened accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Ensure that all tea products remain sealed in their original packaging; please note that opened food items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

    Securely package your items in their original shipping box and use the provided prepaid label or your preferred carrier to send them back to our warehouse.

    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
